Welcome

Professional Treatment Services, PTS, offers two modes of therapy, a chemical and/or behavioral addictions tract and a psychotherapy tract. The chemical and/or behavioral addictions tract offers:

• Chemical and/or behavioral addictions assessments.
• Outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services in a supportive and sensitive environment.
• Alcohol and Drug Information School

The Alcohol and Drug Information School is designed to provide eight hours of education to persons referred by courts in Northeast Kansas for a cost of only $80.

The psychotherapy tract offers individual couples, family, and employment therapy for:

• Addictions
• Stressful life transition issues – i.e. divorce, loss, employment, college
• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Trauma
• Personality disorders

Professional Treatment Services mission is to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services to adult individuals and their families. We will be recognized leaders in the provision of innovative, cutting-edge, outcome based treatment with an emphasis on maximizing client potential.

These services are provided within a flexible treatment schedule from Monday through Saturdays. While in the PTS program clients are able to reside at home or in off-site convenient locations within the Lawrence, Kansas community.
