Treatment and/or Psychotherapy Costs
Professional Treatment Services, LLC believes in providing inclusive,
cutting-edge, proven mental health/addictions treatment services
at a reasonable cost. We offer two tracts of treatment: The Chemical
and/or Behavioral Abuse and Dependency tract and the Psychotherapy
tract.
Chemical and/or Behavioral Abuse and Dependency Tract
Description and Costs
In the Chemical and/or Behavioral Abuse
and Dependency tract there are two levels of treatment; Outpatient
which is less than
9 hours
of group, individual, and/or family therapy per week and Intensive
Outpatient which is from 9 hours up to 20 hours of treatment
per week. Level I Outpatient Treatment Session
Each group session
consists of two one-hour segmented structured processing periods
that will
incorporate a basic skill set in each hour. The numbers of outpatient
sessions are individualized according to the client’s needs
and can be from two sessions up to four sessions per week. Cost
is $80 per day. Level II Intensive Outpatient Session
Each group
session consists of three one-hour segmented structured processing
periods that
will incorporate a basic skill set in each hour. The numbers
of intensive outpatient sessions are individualized according to
the
client’s needs and can be from three sessions up to six
sessions per week. Cost is $120 per day.
Alcohol
and/or Drug Information School -
8hours – $80
Psychotherapy
Tract
Individual Therapy: 1⁄2 hour -$50; 1 hour -$100 1.5
hours $150
Family or Couples Therapy: 1.5 hours for $150
Assessments: $150 Financial Policy We are pleased to file your insurance claims
as a service to you, however we cannot be responsible for how
your insurance
company
pays your claims.
It is important that you understand that if
you have insurance, that policy is an agreement between you and
your insurance
company. Except in a few cases, we are not a party to that
agreement.
We can, however, still file claims for you. This office is
currently contracting with the following insurance companies:
Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue
Shield, Cigna, Com-Psych, Value Options, Private Healthcare
Systems, Century Health Solutions, Coventry, New Directions, Medicare
and Medicaid, 4th Time DUI.
Once your insurance
company has processed your claim and payment is sent to this
office, we will send a bill to you. Payment
is expected at that time. If your insurance company has not
paid
your claim the way that you expected, that will be between
you and your
company. The account balance will still be due from you at
that time. If necessary, you may arrange a payment schedule
with the
billing office. Monthly payments and regular contact are
required when a payment schedule is in place.
